SHALLOW WATER CARDIO, STRENGTH & CORE:
Join Jenni Lynn for an aquatic fitness class that combines buoyancy and water resistance. This 45 minute workout uses creative and effective hand buoy exercises as well as non-equipment segments that can be done at the pool wall or in the center of the pool with an imaginary pool wall.
Shallow water exercises will focus on bilateral and unilateral hand buoy work. Using the natural drag resistance of water in combination with the buoyancy of hand buoys, this routine will target each muscle group working bilaterally and unilaterally to help correct muscle imbalances and improve overall strength.
