DEEP WATER SAFETY: The AEA standards and guidelines require a flotation belt be attached to your body at all times while performing aquatic fitness exercises in deep water. Certain exercises showcased within this video are demonstrated without the use of a belt, but are designed for intermediate and advanced participants, as well as those with swimming capabilities. Please use extreme caution while performing any deep water exercise without the use of a belt, and as always, never work out unsupervised and only participate in high-intensity workouts with clearance from a medical professional.
